Schedule a Sub-Zero Repair at the Beach

Two ways onto the calendar, both fast. Pick the one that suits the hour your refrigerator decided to act up.

Sub-Zero Atlantic Beach serves Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach, FL 32233 and 32266 from Atlantic Beach. Call (904) 650-0561 weekdays 8 to 6 or Saturday 9 to 2, or book any hour through the external online scheduling page. Every visit ends in a flat written quote before work starts.

For Sub-Zero repair in Atlantic Beach or Neptune Beach, call (904) 650-0561 or book online.

Two ways to get on the calendar

No call center, no hold music, no contact form that vanishes into a void. You reach the people who fix the unit.

Hours, coverage, and the honest fine print

The beach line answers Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 9am–2pm. We cover Atlantic Beach 32233, Neptune Beach 32266, Selva Marina, Old Atlantic Beach, the Beach Avenue oceanfront, and out to Mayport — one route, no trip fees inside it.

Have the model and serial number from the tag inside the door if you can. It tells us which gaskets, valves, and boards to load before the truck leaves the lot — and on a BI-series or 600-series unit, the right part on the first visit is the difference between one trip and two. Not sure what is wrong yet? Start with a unit that has stopped cooling or an ice maker gone quiet and bring us what you find.

One honest note: if your unit is a 2022-or-newer CL or DET model, it is likely still under factory warranty, and Sub-Zero Factory Certified Service should get the first call. Read us the serial and we will confirm it at no charge before you book anything.

Straight answers

Booking questions, answered before you dial

What should I have ready before I call or book?

Two things speed everything up: the model and serial number off the tag inside the fresh-food door, and a plain description of the symptom. The model tells us which parts ride along; the serial tells us the generation and whether a warranty is in play. A photo of the display or the condenser grille never hurts either.

Do you charge a trip fee to reach 32266 or Selva Marina?

No. Neptune Beach, Selva Marina, Old Atlantic Beach, and Mayport all sit inside our standard route — no surcharge, no second-class slot. The diagnostic visit carries the same flat fee whether you are on Beach Avenue or three blocks off Mayport Road. The number gets folded into the repair if you go ahead.

Can I book online outside your phone hours?

Yes. The online scheduling page never closes, so you can claim a slot at midnight if that is when the ice maker quits on you. A tech answers the beach line in person weekdays 8 to 6 and Saturday 9 to 2; outside those windows, book online and we confirm the time when the line opens.

My Sub-Zero is brand new — should I book with you or the factory?

If it is a 2022-or-newer CL or DET unit, it is almost certainly under factory warranty, and that work belongs with Sub-Zero Factory Certified Service first. Call us anyway and read us the serial — we will confirm it for free and point you to the right door rather than booking a visit you should not pay for.
